About the course
A 16 week Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
This qualification is for those who wish to work in the health and fitness industry as a Fitness/Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer. By completing this qualification, learners will meet industry requirements to become a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, as set out within the CIMSPA professional standards.
Learners for this qualification must be aged 19 and above. There are no other prerequisites for entry onto the course.
New content added to the virtual learning platform twice a week to be completed at own pace.*
One Saturday a month face to face sessions located at Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre, Alcester Rd S, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 6ER
Time: 10am-2pm
What we cover:
➢ Maintain health, safety, and hygiene in the gym-based environment.
➢ Supervise and support participants in a gym-based environment.
➢ Plan, deliver and evaluate gym-based exercise programmes.
➢ Consult and assess client’s needs and support them towards their health and fitness goals.
➢ Plan, deliver and evaluate indoor and outdoor personal training sessions to support
individuals (one-to-one) and small groups.
➢ Nutrition for physical activity and exercise.
➢ Apply methods of marketing and promoting their own personal training business.
Cost: £800 total
Registration fee: £200
Payment Option
Pay: £600 one time.
Pay monthly: 3 £200 a month payments.
