Terms and Conditions for Course Purchases
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your purchase and use of courses
provided by Reform Fitness Academy ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By purchasing a course, you
agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Level 3 Diploma Specialist in Gym Instructing and Personal Training.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in the Level 3 Diploma
Specialist in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. Please check eligibility criteria for
the course you wish to purchase.
2.2. Level 4 Certificate in Strength & Conditioning
You must be at least 19 years old to purchase and participate in the Level 3 Diploma
Specialist in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. Please check eligibility criteria for
the course you wish to purchase.
3. Course Access
3.1. Level 3 Diploma Specialist in Gym Instructing and Personal Training.
The Level 3 Diploma Specialist in Gym Instructing and Personal Training is a blended
learning course lasting for 16-weeks. This includes 5 face-to-face sessions, unlimited
access to the shared learning platform, and access to a personal tutor online or via
telephone/MS Teams.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the
duration specified at the time of purchase. Access is for individual use only and may not
be shared, resold, or distributed. All course materials are stored on a shared learning
platform, with new materials updated twice weekly. It is the responsibility of the student
to ensure they have access to a personal learning device for the duration of the course.
3.2. Level 4 Certificate in Strength & Conditioning
The Level 4 Certificate in Strength & Conditioning is a blended learning course lasting
for 12-weeks. This includes 4 face-to-face sessions, unlimited access to the shared
learning platform, and access to a personal tutor online or via telephone/MS Teams.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the
duration specified at the time of purchase. Access is for individual use only and may not
be shared, resold, or distributed. All course materials are stored on a shared learning
platform, with new materials updated twice weekly. It is the responsibility of the student
to ensure they have access to a personal learning device for the duration of the course.

4. Payments and Refunds
4.1. Level 3 Diploma Specialist in Gym Instructing and Personal Training
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A
confirmation payment of £200GBP is payable prior to commencement of the course.
Requested payments must be made in full before access to course materials is granted.
A further 3 instalments of £200GBP must be paid on the 1st of the subsequent 3 months
thereafter. Once your confirmation payment has been made and you have accessed
course materials, no refund requests will be accepted. You can ask for further
clarification on this by contacting info@reformlearning.com
4.2. Level 4 Certificate in Strength & Conditioning
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A
confirmation payment of £200GBP is payable prior to commencement of the course.

A further 2 instalments of £200GBP must be paid on the 1st of the subsequent 2 months
thereafter. Once your confirmation payment has been made and you have accessed
course materials, no refund requests will be accepted. You can ask for further

5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, and graphics, are the intellectual
property of Reform Fitness Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute
any part of the course without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: Share your login credentials; Use the course for any unlawful purpose;
Disrupt or interfere with the delivery of the course.
7. Disclaimer
Our courses are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results or
employment within industry. Always consult a qualified professional for personal
advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the course.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the course
after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
